And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.We believe in both the going and the sending aspect of reaching the world for Christ. In the past several years, Calvary Chapel Kauai has been involved in sending teams into various parts of the world with Ke Aloha O Ke Akua (the love of God). These short term missions teams get involved in serving the local church fellowships through street and community evangelism, physical labor and building projects, Bible teaching, discipleship training, Moms In Touch ministry training, hospital visitations and first aid training, music and drama outreaches, worship ministsry training, etc.
We plan to expand the scope of our missions work to other places around the world, as well as on our own island. If you are interested in joining us by going or supporting our next short term missions trip, please contact Pastor Bruce Baumgartner for more information. Applications are available to download in pdf form CLICK HERE, and missions support is accepted online through PayPal.
